OWNERSHIP AND USE OF ARCHITECT’S DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. The Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents for the Project are the property of the Owner and/or Architect pursuant Contract requirements between the Owner and Architect. Neither the Contractor nor any Subcontractor, or material or equipment supplier shall own or claim a Copyright in the Drawings, Specifications, and other documents prepared by the Architect and/or Owner.
