Ownership and Use of Customer Data. The Customer retains all of its rights, title and interest and Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Customer Data and The Customer’s Confidential Information. No ownership interest in the Customer Data or the Customer’s Confidential Information is transferred or conveyed to Komo by virtue of this Agreement. Komo will use the Customer Data and the Customer’s Confidential Information only for purposes of providing the Services, unless otherwise authorised in writing by the Customer.
