Ownership and Use of Customer Data. 10.2.1 During and after the Term of this Addendum, Dealer shall have and retain ownership of Customer Data described in Section 10.1.1 above and Vendor shall have and retain ownership of Customer Data described in Section 10.1.2. 10.2.2 Each Party agrees that it shall not use any Customer Data in a way that is inconsistent with its privacy policies or legal obligations.
