Ownership and Use of Customer Data. Customer retains all of its rights, title and interest and Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Customer Data and Customer Confidential Information. No ownership interest in the Customer Data or Customer Confidential Information is transferred or conveyed to Fusebit by virtue of this Agreement. Fusebit will use Customer Data and Customer Confidential Information only for purposes of providing the Services, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Customer.
