OWNERSHIP AND USE OF WORK PRODUCT OF CONSULTANT. A. Work Product. Copies of plans, specifications, reports, or other materials required to be delivered under this Agreement ("Work Product") shall be the exclusive property of Owner. The Owner and the Consultant intend that such Work Product be deemed “Work made for Hire”, of which the Owner shall be deemed the author. If for any reason such Work Products are not deemed “Work made for Hire”, the Consultant hereby irrevocably assigns to the Owner all of its right, title and interest in and to any and all of such Work Products, whether arising from copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other state or federal intellectual property law or doctrine.
