Ownership by Customer. Customer is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in the Customer Data (excluding any Platform Analysis) and in any report provided to Customer through the Platform based on Customer Data ("Reports"). Customer hereby grants Ironscales a non-exclusive right to use the Customer Data and Reports during the Term in order to provide the Platform.
