Common use of Ownership by Licensor Clause in Contracts

Ownership by Licensor. As between the Parties, Licensor shall own all right, title and interest in and to all Licensed IP and all Developments thereto, regardless of whether such Developments are made by Licensor, Licensee, Licensed Producer, any Affiliate of the foregoing, and/or jointly by one or more of the foregoing. If any such ownership interest shall become vested in Licensee by operation of law or otherwise, then Licensee shall assign, and hereby assigns, all such ownership interest to Licensor without further consideration, consistent with this Section 6.1.
