Ownership of Customer Content. i. As between the Developer and Customer, any Customer Content stored or delivered on the website under this Agreement or otherwise, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein, at all times remains the property of the Customer or its licensor or Website subscribers. The Developer has no rights to such Customer Content, other than the limited right to use such content for the purpose expressly set out in this Agreement.
