OWNERSHIP OF ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS. 4.1.1 All sketches, tracings, plans, specifications, reports on special studies and other data prepared under this Agreement shall become the property of the Owner and shall be delivered to the Contract Administrator upon completion of the plans or termination of the services of the Consultant. There shall be no restriction or limitation on their future use by the Owner, except any use on extensions of the project or on any other project without written verification or adaptation by the Consultant for the specific purpose intended will be the Owner's sole risk and without liability or legal exposure to the Consultant. 4.1.2 The Owner acknowledges the Consultant's plans and specifications, including all documents on electronic media, as instruments of professional service. Nevertheless, the plans and specifications prepared under this Agreement shall become the property of the Owner upon completion of the services and payment in full of all moneys due to the Consultant.
