1.2 The said ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, a Hindu governed by the Mitakshara School of Hindu law died intestate leaving behind her, surviving her 2 (two) sons, namely, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as his legal heirs, who joint inherited all right, title and interest of Late Khanwar Das ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in respect of the First Property.
1.3 The said ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, both sons of Late Khanwar Das ▇▇▇▇▇▇ by way of a Deed of Conveyance dated 18th June 1996 registered in the Office of the District Registrar at Barasat, North 24 Parganas and recorded in Book-I, Volume No. 89, at pages 123 to 132, being No. 4929 for the year 1996, sold, conveyed and transferred in favour of (1) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (2) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (3) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (4) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (5) Anath Bar (6) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (7) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ alias ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (8) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (9) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (10) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (11) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (12) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (13) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (14) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (15) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (16) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (17) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (18) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (19) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and (20) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the entirety of the First Property, for the consideration mentioned therein, each having an undivided 1/20th share and/or interest therein.
