Ownership of First Property. 1.1 One Khanwar Das ▇▇▇▇▇▇ purchased vide (a) Deed of Sale dated 01st July 1959 registered in the Office of the District Registrar, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and recorded in Book-I, being No. 2129 for the year 1959 from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (b) Deed of Sale dated 02nd May 1960 registered in the Office of the District Registrar, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and recorded in Book-I, being No. 1487 for the year 1960 from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and (c) Deed of Sale dated 12th May 1964 registered in the Office of the District Registrar, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and recorded in Book- I, being No. 1749 for the year 1964 from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and others, aggregating to ALL THAT piece and parcel of land measuring 241 Decimal, more or less, (equivalent to 07 Bighas 05 Cottahs 12 Chittacks and 39.6 Square Feet, more or less), comprised in R.S. Dag Nos. 84, 85, 86, 87, 203, 204, 205/778, 206, 207, 208 and 209, recorded in R.S.
