Ownership of Internet Pages. Subject to Section 3.2 hereof, the Internet Pages, shall, at all times material to this Agreement, be and remain the property of Participant and may be used by Participant to be available for receiving on the Internet via a server other than TravelWeb. THISCO may not use or publish the Internet Pages or any portion thereof or elements contained therein in any manner other than pursuant to this Agreement without the prior written consent of Participant.
