Common use of Ownership of Measurement and Verification Equipment Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Measurement and Verification Equipment. To the extent applicable, Owner agrees to provide and own the equipment required to provide the ongoing measurement of energy and water Savings which equipment shall comply with Contractor’s specifications (the “Metering Equipment”). Upon mutual agreement between Contractor and Owner, Owner shall provide and maintain any necessary communication equipment to facilitate remote monitoring of the Equipment.
