Common use of Ownership of New Inventions Clause in Contracts

Ownership of New Inventions. The Employee agrees that all Inventions: (1) that are developed using the Company’s equipment, supplies, facilities, or trade secret information; and/or (2) that relate to the Company’s business or actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development; and/or (3) that result from any work performed by the Employee for the Company will be the sole and exclusive property of the Company.
