Ownership of Other Entities. Other than the subsidiaries of the Company listed in Exhibit 21 to the Registration Statement and the direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Company not required to be listed in Exhibit 21 to the Registration Statement pursuant to Item 601 of Regulation S-K under the Act, the Company does not, directly or indirectly, own any capital stock or other equity or ownership or proprietary interest in any corporation, partnership, association, trust or other entity.
