Common use of Ownership of Pledged Property Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Pledged Property. The Company warrants and represents that it is the legal and beneficial owner of the Pledged Property, subject to the liens and security interests created by (a) that certain Security Agreement by and between Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., f/k/a iVoice Acquisition Corp. and Corn▇▇▇ ▇▇pital Partners, L.P. and (b) that certain Security Agreement by and between Thomas Pharmaceuticals Ltd., f/k/a iVoice Acquisition Corp. and iVoi▇▇, ▇▇c. and (c) the security interest created by this Agreement.
