Common use of Ownership of Premises Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Premises. The Seller is the owner of good, marketable and insurable fee title to the land described on Schedule 4.13.1(a) and to all of the buildings, structures and other improvements located thereon (collectively, the "OWNED REAL PROPERTY") free and clear of all Title Defects (as defined in this Section) except as listed on Schedule 4.13.1(b). The Owned Real Property constitutes all of the real property owned by the Seller on the date hereof.

Ownership of Premises. The Seller is the owner of good, marketable and insurable fee title to the land described on Schedule 4.13.1(a6.3.1 (a) and to all of the buildings, structures and other improvements located thereon (collectively, the "WILKESBORO OWNED REAL PROPERTY" and together with the ▇▇▇▇▇ City Real Property, the "OWNED REAL PROPERTY") free and clear of all Title Defects (as defined in this SectionSection 5.3.1) except as listed on Schedule 4.13.1(b6.3.1(b). The Owned Real Property constitutes all of the real property owned by the Seller on the date hereof.
