Common use of Ownership of Project Non-HD Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Project Non-HD Intellectual Property. As between the Foundation and Isis, Isis will solely own all Project Non-HD Intellectual Property. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the Foundation will have no ownership or other interest in any Project Non-HD Intellectual Property.
