Common use of Ownership of Results and Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Results and Data. All data and results arising from a Party’s activities under this Agreement, including activities conducted by or on behalf of such Party, its Affiliates or sublicensees, including Development, clinical and regulatory data and information generated for regulatory purposes relating to Licensed Compound or Licensed Product will be owned by such Party, subject to the rights and licenses granted hereunder (as applicable).
