Mundipharma further agrees that Allos is and will continue to be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in and to each Licensed ▇▇▇▇ in any form or embodiment thereof and agrees that all goodwill associated with or attached to the Licensed Marks arising out of the use thereof by Mundipharma shall inure to the benefit of Allos.
