Ownership of the Property Sample Clauses
The "Ownership of the Property" clause establishes who holds legal title and rights to a specific property under the agreement. It typically clarifies whether the seller has full authority to transfer ownership and may specify the timing and conditions under which ownership passes to the buyer, such as upon closing or fulfillment of certain obligations. This clause is essential for ensuring that the buyer receives clear and undisputed ownership, thereby preventing future disputes over property rights.
