Common use of Ownership of the Service and Marks Clause in Contracts

Ownership of the Service and Marks. You acknowledge that MeetingSphere and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in: (a) the Service; (b) any Meet- ingSphere software provided with the Service; and (c) all graphics, logos, service marks, and trade names, including third-party names, product names, and brand names used by MeetingSphere with the Service (the “Marks”). You shall not alter or remove any Marks, or MeetingSphere copyright notices included in the Service. Notwithstanding the fore- going, You, or Your respective licensors, as applicable, own all right, title, and interest in and to any graphics, logos, service marks, and trade names used with the Service. You are welcome to send suggestions on improving the Service, but in doing so, You acknowledge and agree that such suggestions will become the property of MeetingSphere, and MeetingSphere has no obligation to compensate You for such suggestions.
