Common use of Ownership of Your Content Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Your Content. As between G2 and You, You exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to Your Content. To the extent You embed or post Your Content on the Site in connection with Your Site Profile license(s), You hereby grant G2 and its Affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, and publicly display and perform Your Content throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised, on the Site and/or applicable sub-licensee’s websites. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, G2 acquires no right, title, or interest from You under this Agreement in or to any of Your Content.
