Common use of OWNERSHIP OR USE Clause in Contracts

OWNERSHIP OR USE. (a) Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that it is either the owner of, or authorized to distribute, sublicense and use, the Contractor Confidential Information as provided herein. (b) Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that AIL shall receive marketable title to all Terminals provided pursuant to this Agreement and shall be entitled to the rights of possession and quiet enjoyment thereto, free of any Liens, except to the extent otherwise expressly provided by this Agreement.
