Common use of PA Documents and Information Clause in Contracts

PA Documents and Information. During the entire Term of the Agreement, PA shall provide documents and other information reasonably available to it and in its possession which relate to the Licensed Technology and/or the PA System for the planning, construction, and operation of relevant phases of the Unit that are reasonably requested by Licensee, and which PA determines to be reasonably necessary or useful, in its sole and absolute discretion, to the planning, construction, and operation of the Licensed Technology.
