Packaging and Labeling. The goods must be packaged and shipped in accordance with international standards on the export-import.

Packaging and Labeling. (a) Immediately following execution of this Agreement Licensor shall provide Licensee with a copy of the label for the Licensed Product (the "Licensed Product Labeling"). Licensor is responsible for ensuring that the Licensed Product Labeling is accurate, current and complete (consistent with the Product [***]), and complies with applicable requirements of the FDA (and applicable Governmental Entities), the REMS Program and applicable Governmental Rules. Licensee will be responsible for modifying the Licensed Product Labeling in order to generate the content of the label for the Product, together with any other written or graphic matter contained upon any wrapper, packaging, package insert or outset utilized for the Product (which for clarity, shall include the appropriate Licensee Trademarks and any other prescribing information for the Licensed Product that is required by the FDA (and applicable Governmental Entities) and the REMS Program, in the manner and to the extent specified in the Specifications (collectively, the "Product Labeling", with the content of the Product Labeling that is added and/or modified in any way (including relating to formatting and placement) by Licensee (excluding, for clarity, the unmodified Licensed Product Labeling) being referred to as the "Modified Product Labeling"); provided that, Licensor shall have a reasonable opportunity to review and provide comments on the proposed Product Labeling. Licensee shall not include any information on the Modified Product Labeling that is not approved by the FDA or, solely with respect to Additional Changes, Licensor. The Licensee will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information contained on the Product Labeling and for the compliance of all such labels with applicable Governmental Rules and the REMS Program. Such packaging and labels will be in accordance with the Specifications. Licensor shall promptly inform Licensee of any changes to the Licensed Product Labeling. Upon written notification from Licensor, the Licensee will make any changes to the Product Labeling to conform to the License Product Labeling (as applicable) or as otherwise required by applicable Law, the REMS Program or the FDA, and will consider in good faith making any other changes requested by the Licensor, at the Licensee's sole cost and expense, within a reasonable timeframe to be agreed upon in writing by both Parties. Packaging and Labeling. 11.1 Company shall provide packaging and labeling specifications that call out clear labeling requirements. 11.2 Company shall ensure that the labels, inserts and accompanying documentation satisfy the requirements of the applicable regulations. 11.3 Distributor shall not modify the labels, primary or secondary packaging, inserts or accompanying documentation without the written approval of the Company.

Packaging and Labeling. Seller shall include shipping marks, as specified by Buyer, on all packaging. Seller shall package the Goods in such a manner as to be safe from damage, deterioration, or FOD intrusion while in transit or storage under foreseeable circumstances. It is Seller’s responsibility to ensure that all shipments of dangerous Goods and hazardous materials are compliant with the requirements of 49CFR and any other applicable state or federal regulation. Seller is required to attach shipping labels to all containers, boxes, and packages of Goods when shipping Buyer. Shipping labels must include the following at a minimum: A. Seller’s full company name and shipping address. Seller is required to individually identify Goods (include part number, etc. on each individual part) if so instructed by ▇▇▇▇▇ provided drawings, specifications, special instructions, etc. Seller is required to include shelf-life/cure date/expiration date on all Goods if applicable. Packaging and Labeling. Unless otherwise agreed, WuXi shall package and label Product for Delivery in accordance with its standard operating procedures and in accordance with required shipping conditions. It shall be the responsibility of Customer to inform WuXi in writing in advance of any special packaging and labeling requirements for Product. All additional costs and expenses of whatever nature incurred by WuXi in complying with such special requirements must be agreed to in advance in writing and will be charged to Customer in addition to the Price.

Packaging and Labeling. COMPANY shall provide DPT with Specifications (including art proofs) for Packaging and Labeling, and DPT shall purchase, at the expense of COMPANY, Packaging and Labeling in accordance with the Specifications.

Packaging and Labeling. Supplier shall be responsible for all packaging and labeling of Products purchased under the Agreement. Distributor shall not modify, alter, remove, or add to, or authorize Subdistributor or other third party to modify, alter, remove or add to, any labeling of any Product without the prior written consent of Suppler. Supplier shall have the right to modify the Product packaging and labeling at any time, including, without limitation, to address modifications required or suggested by the relevant Government Authority issuing the Market Authorization.

Packaging and Labeling. Supply Products and all labeling and packaging used in connection therewith shall include the appropriate product trademarks associated with any specific Supply Product, in the manner and to the extent specified in the Specifications. The Buyer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information contained on all labels for Supply Products and for the compliance of all such labels with applicable Governmental Rules. The Manufacturer will, or will cause its contractors to, supply all packaging and labels for Supply Products under this Supply Agreement. Such packaging and labels will be in accordance with the Specifications. The Manufacturer will make any changes to labeling and packaging specifications required in writing by the Buyer, at the Buyer’s sole cost and expense, within a reasonable timeframe to be agreed upon in writing by both Parties. The Buyer will be responsible for submitting any such changes to all applicable Governmental Entities for approval, if required, and the Manufacturer shall provide all support and documents reasonably necessary in this regard.
