PA&E Clause Samples

The PA&E clause, which stands for "Planning, Analysis, and Engineering," outlines the requirements and expectations for the provision of planning, analytical, and engineering services within a contract. Typically, this clause specifies the scope of work, deliverables, and performance standards related to technical studies, system designs, or project assessments. For example, it may require the contractor to submit detailed engineering reports or conduct feasibility analyses as part of their obligations. The core function of the PA&E clause is to ensure that all technical and analytical work is clearly defined and meets the necessary standards, thereby reducing ambiguity and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.
