Pandemic Response. FPHS funds are for long-term core FPHS investments as directed by the FPHS Steering Committee. However, in order to make use of the funds available for the 19-21 biennium and in each specific state fiscal year (SFY) during the COVID-19 response, flexibility is allowed and these funds can be used for other FPHS activities like responding to COVID-19.

Said persons shall also be obligated to comply with any directives issued by the Director of the Health Bureau which the Director deems appropriate to the particular circumstances of the event. Permittee shall be responsible for informing all subpermittees, vendors and event volunteers of the foregoing, including guidelines and directives issued by the Director. City reserves the right to suspend or terminate in whole or in part this Permit if in the judgment of the City’s Health Director that the event or events cannot be conducted in compliance with COVID-19 Pandemic related guidelines issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Health or the City of Bethlehem Health Bureau.

  • Emergency Response Partners must develop, maintain, and carry out a response plan for public water system emergencies, including disease outbreaks, spills, operational failures, and water system contamination. Partners must notify DWS in a timely manner of emergencies that may affect drinking water supplies.

  • Contingent Emergency Response 1. In order to ensure the proper implementation of contingent emergency response activities under Part 4 of the Project (“Contingent Emergency Response Part”), the Recipient shall ensure that: (a) a manual (“CERC Manual”) is prepared and adopted in form and substance acceptable to the Association, which shall set forth detailed implementation arrangements for the Contingent Emergency Response Part, including: (i) any structures or institutional arrangements for coordinating and implementing the Contingent Emergency Response Part;

  • Incident Response Operator shall have a written incident response plan that reflects best practices and is consistent with industry standards and federal and state law for responding to a data breach, breach of security, privacy incident or unauthorized acquisition or use of any portion of Data, including PII, and agrees to provide LEA, upon request, an executive summary of the written incident response plan.

  • Workplace Violence Prevention and Crisis Response (applicable to any Party and any subcontractors and sub-grantees whose employees or other service providers deliver social or mental health services directly to individual recipients of such services): Party shall establish a written workplace violence prevention and crisis response policy meeting the requirements of Act 109 (2016), 33 VSA §8201(b), for the benefit of employees delivering direct social or mental health services. Party shall, in preparing its policy, consult with the guidelines promulgated by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for Preventing Workplace Violence for Healthcare and Social Services Workers, as those guidelines may from time to time be amended. Party, through its violence protection and crisis response committee, shall evaluate the efficacy of its policy, and update the policy as appropriate, at least annually. The policy and any written evaluations thereof shall be provided to employees delivering direct social or mental health services. Party will ensure that any subcontractor and sub-grantee who hires employees (or contracts with service providers) who deliver social or mental health services directly to individual recipients of such services, complies with all requirements of this Section.
