Panel Votes Sample Clauses

The "Panel Votes" clause defines the process by which decisions are made by a designated panel, typically outlining how votes are cast and counted to reach a resolution. In practice, this clause may specify the number of panel members required for a quorum, the proportion of votes needed for a decision (such as a simple majority or unanimous agreement), and the procedures for handling tie votes. Its core function is to ensure a clear, fair, and consistent method for collective decision-making within the panel, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over how outcomes are determined.
Panel Votes. In rendering decisions, no Panel member may abstain from voting. The final decision shall be by majority vote. Votes shall be taken by secret ballot. The vote tally shall be reported along with the written decision. Minority reports or commentary are not permitted.
