Paper. Standard paper lead times (prior to print date) are 6 to 8 weeks. If a program is not contracted with the appropriate lead times, Valassis reserves the right to adjust program pricing. If Client requests a change to the paper specifications after the paper has been ordered, or cancels the order altogether, cancellation fees as outlined below will apply.
