Parameters of Agreement. 2.1 The parties agree that the Pay Equity Plan developed by the Province of British Columbia and the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union is the Plan agreed to for Pay Equity/Job Evaluation for Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
