Paraprofessional Training Clause Samples

The Paraprofessional Training clause establishes requirements for the education and preparation of paraprofessional staff involved in providing services under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the minimum training standards, such as specific certifications, hours of instruction, or ongoing professional development that paraprofessionals must complete before and during their employment. This clause ensures that paraprofessionals possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively, thereby maintaining service quality and compliance with regulatory or contractual standards.
