Common use of Parity Clause in Contracts

When Telecable purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customers, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customers.

When Telecable Paramount purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.

When Telecable Smart-Tel purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.

When Telecable Consumers Telephone & Telecom purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.

When Telecable Down Home Telephone purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.

When Telecable purchases, Consumers’ Telephone & Telecom purchases Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to others, including its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.

When Telecable Go-Tel purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customers, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customers.

When Telecable Buy-Tel purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.

When Telecable Direct Telephone purchases, Telecommunications Services from BellSouth pursuant to Attachment 1 of this Agreement for the purposes of resale to customersEnd Users, such services shall be equal in quality, subject to the same conditions, and provided within the same provisioning time intervals that BellSouth provides to its Affiliates, subsidiaries and customersEnd Users.
