Common use of Parking Privileges Clause in Contracts

Parking Privileges. Landlord shall provide to Tenant monthly parking privileges in the Prudential Center Garage (the “Garage”) for four (4) passenger automobiles for the parking of motor vehicles in unreserved stalls in the Garage by Tenant’s employees commencing on the Commencement Date. In the event that the Rentable Floor Area of the Premises decreases at any time during the Lease Term, the number of parking privileges provided to Tenant hereunder shall be reduced proportionately.
