Parking Requirements Sample Clauses

The Parking Requirements clause sets out the rules and obligations regarding the use and provision of parking spaces associated with a property or facility. It typically details the number of spaces allocated, any restrictions on use (such as for tenants, employees, or visitors), and may specify maintenance responsibilities or fees related to parking. This clause ensures that both parties understand their rights and duties concerning parking, helping to prevent disputes and clarify expectations regarding access and use of parking areas.
