Parking Revenue Clause Samples

Parking Revenue. The University agrees to reimburse the City for each of the City’s metered parking spaces(s) taken out of service temporarily for the period of construction at an amount of $10 per day for any day the metered space is out of service. The reimbursement shall be for only those days the meters are in effect.
Parking Revenue. Except as otherwise agreed by the Stadium Authority and 49ers Stadium Company, all net revenues from the operation of surface lots or in parking structures owned or controlled by the Stadium Authority, and revenue sharing or parking surcharge revenues generated from contracts with private parking lots in the vicinity of the Stadium, provided, however, that a certain amount of parking in designated areas agreed upon by 49ers Stadium Company and the Stadium Authority will be made available at no charge for 49ers Stadium Company use. Pricing of parking for NFL Events will be subject to the approval of 49ers Stadium Company and the Stadium Authority.
Parking Revenue. Parking revenue, if any, derived within Lessee’s Exclusive parking area, shall inure to the benefit of the Lessee. Parking revenue, if any, derived in the Marina Non- Exclusive Parking Area, shall inure to the Lessor. Exclusive and Non-Exclusive Parking Areas are depicted on Exhibit “M”.
Parking Revenue. 1. Parking revenue shall include all monies received by or due to Owner as a result of Operator’s management of the System. Parking revenue shall not include revenue from advertising in the parking structures or elsewhere. Operator shall report all Operator-collected parking revenue in its reports of gross revenue to Owner. All revenues collected for parking in each Facility, whether by Operator’s employees or Owner employees, shall be considered parking revenue. Operator will collect parking fees charged for transient parking, monthly parking and other designated special events, and deposits the funds directly into a bank account designated by Owner. 2. Operator shall not conduct its operations on a credit basis unless approved by the Owner. 3. Monies recovered from any insurance company by the Operator for damage to any Operator property shall be excluded from System parking revenue. Federal, state, county, municipal sales tax, parking tax, or other taxes separately stated and collected from System patrons now or hereafter levied or imposed shall also be excluded from System parking revenue. No deductions shall be allowed from the parking revenue for the payment of any franchise taxes or fees levied on the Operator by another party without written approval from the Owner. 4. All parking revenue shall be deposited in an account established by the Owner, on the day following collection of the revenue, by the bank deadline for accepting and crediting deposits to that account for that day. The Operator shall immediately notify the Owner if any deposit is delayed past the deposit deadline. The Owner shall inform the Operator of any changes in the location of the account. The Owner shall supply to the Operator all forms required by the Owner for the depositing of parking revenue. 5. Parking revenue shall not be used to make up any deficiencies in the Operator’s change or ▇▇▇▇▇ cash fund. 6. Cashiering shortages incurred by Operator’s employees are the responsibility of the Operator. This provision in no way limits the Operator’s right to hold its employees financially responsible for such shortages as allowed by law. Cashiering overages shall be considered miscellaneous income and shall be identified and deposited separately each day. Cashiering shortages shall not be “netted” against “overages” for cashiers, managers, or the Operator; however, Operator may use its reasonable judgment concerning obvious errors in change handling that produce offsetting overage...
Parking Revenue. Parking Revenue shall not include any of the following: (i) any sales or transient occupancy tax payable by Tenant or a Tenant Party to any Governmental Authority as a direct result of operations under this Lease; provided that the amount of such taxes is shown on the books and records elsewhere herein required to be maintained; (ii) gratuities; provided that the customer voluntarily determines the amount of said gratuity to be paid, or the customer is aware that Tenant or a Tenant Party has added a pre-established gratuity to the charge for the services rendered and said additional amount is segregated and identified as a gratuity on the billing to the customer; or (iii) any Condemnation proceeds or any proceeds from a sale of the Improvements (or any portion thereof).
Parking Revenue. The Team shall be entitled to one hundred percent (100%) of the revenue generated from parking for the events authorized in Section 5.01 as provided in Section 5.01.
Parking Revenue. Project Co will: (a) implement and collect all: (1) parking fees (including hourly, daily, monthly and annual rates) set by the Authority from time to time; and (2) fines and penalties as determined for each Car Parking Area set by the Authority on an annual basis; (b) pay to the Authority within 15 days of the end of each Payment Period all Parking Revenue for the immediately preceding Payment Period; (c) ensure all parking rates and regulations, including the policy for lost tickets, are displayed at every entrance to the Car Parking Areas and at each payment station; (d) provide to the Authority with each Performance Monitoring Report an auditable report summarizing all Parking Revenue; (e) be responsible for all collection of Parking Revenue and cash management; and (f) ensure all Car Parking Users comply with the payment system and enforce the parking regulations established for each Car Parking Area.
Parking Revenue. Club may charge for parking and receive parking revenues for those City Events where a paid admission is charged. “Paid admission” as used in this context does not include participant registration fees for parks or recreation programming. Parking charges by Club at these City Events shall be no higher than parking charges at comparable Club Events.
Parking Revenue. Any parking revenue shall be retained by BallCorps. Staffing of the Parking Areas and establishing the cost of parking in all Parking Areas shall be the responsibility of BallCorps.
Parking Revenue. Authority shall be entitled to retain one hundred percent (100%) of gross receipts received by Authority from parking in the Parking Areas during the Use Period (“Parking Revenue”). Authority shall be responsible for management and operation of all Parking Areas for Team Events, including all staffing, as a League Expense.
