PARKING RULES ADDENDUM. If the dwelling is a multiunit complex, the landlord must provide the tenant with a copy of the rules and policies regarding vehicle towing and parking (if the rules or policies apply to the tenant). The copy must be given to the tenant before the lease is executed and then signed by the tenant or attached to the lease. This is to comply with § 92.0131 of the Texas Property Code.
