PARKING RULES. Residents must comply with all parking rules and instructions posted by the owner. Neither residents nor guests shall park in no parking zones or other restricted areas. The resident agrees to remove any unregistered, inoperable, or unauthorized vehicle from the community within twenty-four (24) hours or when requested in writing by the owner.
