Employee also agrees, acknowledges, covenants, represents and warrants that he is fully and completely aware that, and further understands that, the foregoing restrictive covenants are an essential part of the consideration for Hadco entering into this Agreement and that Hadco is entering into this Agreement in full reliance on these acknowledgments, covenants, representations and warranties.
