Common use of Part-Time / Casual Clause in Contracts

Part-Time / Casual. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours per work week, and who do not have a regular bid assignment, or who work on an irregular basis throughout the year or work weekend only shifts shall be classified as Part-Time Casual.
