Common use of Part-Time Regular Employees Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Regular Employees. Part-time regular employees are regularly scheduled employees who work less than full time hours per week on a continuing basis. Such employees are covered by all provisions of this Agreement, but are not entitled to the Group Benefit Plan.

Part-Time Regular Employees. PartA part-time regular employees are regularly scheduled employees employee is neither a temporary nor limited term employee who work works less than full time forty (40) hours per week on a continuing regularly scheduled basis. Such employees are covered by all provisions of this Agreement, but are not entitled to the Group Benefit Plan.
