PART-TIME STAFF. All part-time staff members hired on or after July 1, 1984 within the tenure area of the position abolished shall be laid off prior to any lay off of full-time staff members. Part-time staff members shall be laid off on the basis of seniority within a tenure area. Part-time staff members shall have the right to recall for a period of three years to only a part-time position similar to the position which they held and for which they are certified.
