Common use of Part-Time Work Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Work. An employee who is pregnant or is entitled to parental leave may, by agreement with the employer, reduce the employee’s hours of employment to an agreed extent subject to the following conditions; F.4.12.1 Where the employee is pregnant, and to do so is necessary or desirable because of the pregnancy; or F.4.12.2 Where the employee is entitled to parental leave, by reducing the employee’s entitlement to parental leave for the period of such agreement.

Part-Time Work.
