Common use of Part Years Clause in Contracts

Part Years. If the First Floor Premises Rent Commencement Date or the Termination Date occurs in the middle of a fiscal year, Tenant shall be liable for only that portion of the Expenses and Common Area Expenses with respect to such calendar year within the Term.
