Common use of Partial cancellation Clause in Contracts

Partial cancellation. In the event of partial cancellation of your Order Confirmation under either of the subsections 3.1 or 3.2, the Confirmed Rooms that you retain must comply with any applicable minimum stay requirements as set out at Section 1.6 above or identified during the Booking Process.
