Common use of Partial Discharge Clause in Contracts

Partial Discharge. No postponement or partial release or discharge of the Charge in respect of all or any part of the Collateral shall in any way operate or be construed so as to release and discharge the Charge except as therein specifically provided, or so as to release or discharge the Corporation from its liability to fully pay and satisfy the Obligations.
