Provided that where a full-time Employee is being paid a salary equivalent to or more than 25% in excess of the adult wage rate for a similar class of employee within this Agreement the Employee will be excluded from the provisions of this Agreement except for the following provisions of the Agreement: Clause 2.1 Contract of Employment Clause 2.2 Redundancy
