Partial Exercise of Warrants; Fractions Sample Clauses

The "Partial Exercise of Warrants; Fractions" clause defines how a warrant holder may exercise only a portion of their warrants rather than all at once, and addresses how fractional shares are handled in such cases. Typically, this means the holder can choose to exercise any number of warrants up to the total they own, and if the exercise results in a right to receive a fraction of a share, the clause will specify whether such fractions are rounded, paid in cash, or disregarded. This clause ensures practical flexibility for warrant holders while providing clear rules for handling fractional entitlements, thereby preventing disputes and administrative confusion.
