Common use of Partial Invalidity Clause in Contracts

Partial Invalidity. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, or shall be required to be modified, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby.
