Common use of Partial Month Charges Clause in Contracts

Partial Month Charges. In the event the beginning or termination date with respect to any of the premises and facilities leased hereunder falls on any date other than the first and last days, respectively, of a calendar month, the applicable rentals, fees and charges for that month shall be paid for said month on a pro rata basis according to the number of days actually occupied during that month.

In the event the beginning or termination date with respect to any of the premises and facilities leased hereunder Leased Premises, facilities, rights, licenses, services, or privileges as herein provided falls on any date day other than the first and last days, respectively, day of a calendar month, the applicable rentals, fees fees, and charges for that month shall be paid for said month on a pro rata prorated basis according to the number of days actually occupied during which said particular premises, facilities, rights, licenses, services, or privileges were enjoyed during that month.
